Mark's Story (Complete) At age 22, there was two things I knew for certain. One was that I wanted to make a ton of money. I was sure that I would... I just didn't know where I'd find my success. The other thing I knew what that I wasn't going to work for anyone else! I wanted to control my own destiny , control my own income and sink or swim based on my performance , not what an employer thought they should pay me. It was clear to me: I was going to be an entrepreneur! At the time I made this life-changing decision, I was working as a personal trainer for the local Gold's Gym. My salary: a whopping $10.00 per hour. Not exactly the fast-track to Millionaire Acres. As it happens, one of my clients ran an investment banking company. A small operation...just my client and his younger brother. They raised money for clients and took a percentage of what was raised as their fee, usually collecting 1-2%. The company was small, but the deals weren't. All of them were at least $5 million. I quickly did the math and calculated that 2% of $5 million was $100,000! Not a bad fee for 60 days work. I wanted in! I begged him to hire me, and after interviewing me and seeing how badly I wanted to make money, how badly I wanted have my performance dictate my pay, and my desire to be the best, he brought me on board. Well, I dove right in and within 45 days.. I made the company more in fees then it had made in its last 6 months COMBINED! I was bringing on clients and closing deals they never imagined, and I was doing it using techniques that I taught myself . It's true. I had never read a sales book or had any sales training whatsoever. I was using street-smart strategies that worked , not textbook philosophies and ideas that might. No one could believe it, least of all me. But I continued to follow the techniques that were working, tossed out the ones that weren't and refined my selling approach and within 6 months working there I PERSONALLY made $125,000! One minute I was making $10.00 an hour and in no time at all I was raking in a very tidy six-figure income ...and all the 'perks' that go along with it. I bought a 2,500 square foot home for myself , a new BMW, some rental properties... and I began to diversify. It was the beginning of a story that keeps getting better and better every day. After a year I became bored with investment banking and bought a bankrupt nightclub for $2,500, using nothing but my credit card and proven negotiation techniques, which I will show you in this manual. When I took over, I instituted various marketing techniques and strategies. Using my proven methods, The club went from losing money to making $600,000 a year!. From there, I was brought in to put together another deal using none of my own money. Another happy ending: I got 36% ownership and made this club more then $1 million in its first year. I got bored again...restless to find success in new 'arenas.' I had my eyes set on a pro sports franchise , but didn't have the millions to do it. That didn't stop me, however. I simply prospected for people that did have lots of money and got appointments with these hard-to-approach investors using my powerful, proven prospecting techniques! Well, needless to say, I used my Ruthless System approaches, overcame the investors various objections and closed the deal, raising the money to buy my minor league basketball franchise and I became At age 28, I became the youngest owner in pro sports history Since that time I have negotiated and closed deals that have ranged from $10K to over $100 million in more then 30 different industries on 4 separate continents (in addition to buying ANOTHER minor league franchise in between all of this), using NOTHING but my Ruthless System approaches, utilizing little to no money of my own! In addition, I have taken my approach to making money as an entrepreneur and have consulted to more then two hundred of the FORTUNE 500 with incredible success along with thousands of other entrepreneurs nationwide at my sold out seminars!!! |
